Building PFlowCustomVtx jets for use in H->yy analyses (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/HGAMSW-715). Changes only in the content of HIGG1D1. Flavour-tagging and fJVT also applied, MET association maps built. Minor changes also required in ExtendedJetCommon to support the new jet type. Tested in 21.2.88 (2020-01-26T2348).
