Fix failing MooPerformance ART tests in master

Hi,

this MR fixes the failing MooPerformance ART tests in master by removing the phased-out (non-existant) BeamBackgroundFiller and BackgroundWordFiller tools from the algSequence of MooPerformance_topOptions.py.
