Move over to using classes from PixelReadoutGeometry in place of InDetReadoutGeometry

Nicholas Styles requested to merge nstyles/athena:master-PixelReadoutGeometryReplacement into master

Following on from !29690 (merged), moving over the first batch of packages to use the classes from the new location, and removing the old duplicates.

Passes RunTier0Tests (both for reco and sim).
