MdtCalibDbCoolStrTool is removed after MT migration:

MdtCalibDbCoolStrTool -> MdtCalibDbAlg + ReadCondHandle
MdtCalibrationSvc -> MdtCalibrationTool
MdtCalibrationDbSvc -> MdtCalibrationDbTool

Old Svc configuration is also removed from MuonCalibConfig.py.

Tier0 test ok RunTier0Tests.log.
