add a separate dictionary for athena

This removes AnaAlgorithmConfig from the dictionary and should avoid any warnings about it being unknown.

This should address https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-1525

I haven't actually tried compiling this in master, but it's a small enough change that I hope it goes just straight through.
