Two edits to TrigP1Test: FullMenu_missingROBs and JetSlice

Two edits to TrigP1Test:

  • removing JetSlice test since not used and present in TrigUpgradeTest anyway.
  • addition of missingROB test with FullMenu, to test with detector ROBs removed.
    Specifying one of the anyway enabled L1 ROBs to activate --ros2rob (empty {} does not activate option).

Closes ATR-20863. Closes ATR-29830.
