Updating input file for DerivationFrameworkAnalysisTests

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_DFAT_NewInputs into 21.2

This now pulls a file from the most recent AthDerivation nightly to use as input for the test. That way this test really is checking the continuous functionality of the newest TRUTH3 derivations.
