21.9 Removing deprecated/not needed code

  • Replacing is_blayer funtion with is_innermost
  • Removing BarrelRing definition for ITk (they are going to be included in the endcap)
  • Extending InDetPhysValMonitoring plots for ITk to include innermost and next-to-innermost layers
