Set cosmics beamType in Trigger ART tests with cosmics menu

Simple but quite important change. The trigger configuration for cosmics is ensured by the trigger menu, but offline tools used in trigger depend on the beamType job option. The doCosmics=True modifier sets this option to 'cosmics'.
