TrigP1Test: Add athenaHLT-select-PEB-stream script in HLT+reco test

Add ByteStream splitting step and remove the obsolete update_metadata step.

This fixes ATR-20800 for this particular test when combined together with !30283 (merged). The MRs are independent, but both are needed for the test to work correctly.
