21.9 fixing bug for eta-dependent d0 cut in scoring tool

Thanks to @tstreble, I have here a fix for the eta-dependent d0 cut which unfortunately was missing in the InDetAmbiScoringTool. I have also implemented the same for z0, even though it is not needed at the time being.
