Doxygen: Support for examples

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/athena:doxygen_examples into master

Following the request in ATLINFR-3391, set the EXAMPLE_PATH variable to the root of the source directory for both the local doxygen file as well as the one used by the central production.

In addition, add the missing LArCalorimeter directory to the central doxygen configuration. Surprising nobody ever noticed this was missing.
