Fix for Sherpa_i fusing base fragment

A comma was missing in the fusing fragmentation base fragment, which effectively means that "X+bb"-like events in the X+jets samples would have been thrown away instead of getting the optional {0, 1} weight that allows for them to be used standalone. This was found during the validation of ATLMCPROD-8197.
