TriggerTransform - Merge log files and split streams

ATR-20767 - Merge Child log files into main log file (so automatically scans all output)

  • follow up ongoing for changing the underlying message scanner to come in a later MR

ATR-20800 - Run athenaHLT-select-PEB-stream.py on output to produce slimmed BS output file

  • Cost will need workflow changing following on from this (initial changes added but not implemented yet, further details on ATR-20974)
  • athenaHLT-select-PEB-stream.py returns 1 now if no output files produced

As Trig_reco_tf.py is updated remove TrigMT_reco_tf.py to avoid complications (ATR-19711)
