Adding higher threshold MET trigger chains

Antonia Strubig requested to merge astruebi/athena:TMMT-XE50-MET-0203 into master

Adding L1_XE50 seeded MET chains to Physics_pp_run3_v1. All these algorithms/type of chains are already included in LS2_v1 but seeded by L1_XE10 and with lower HLT thresholds. Tagging @dzanzi for information.

ctest and runTrigART tests passed.
