L1 menu CTPID match

The item CTPIDs have been adjusted to have a better match between the 2018 EB run 360026 and the menu that is being used for development

  • For items that were in both menus (277 items) the CTPID matches
  • Items that are based on the new L1Calo are moved to positions where formerly ALFA and FTK items were located
  • I checked that all L1 items that are required by the current HLT LS2_v1 menu are available in the L1 menu and their position matches that in the EB run.

This allows us to run the HLT on data without simulating the L1. (not for new L1Calo of course)
