Manual sweep of !30677 (Updated recommendations from MCP on MuonMomentumCorrections)

Hi,

since the automatic sweep of !30677 (merged) into master failed, this is a manual sweep of the changes. Trying to add alsoTargeting:21.2 label as well since some changes here (e.g. sin -> std::sin are better taken from the version in master).
