Fix nhit calculation and debug output in TFCSLateralShapeParametrizationHitChain

This MR fixes the calculation of nhits in TFCSLateralShapeParametrizationHitChain to avoid inconsistent values from using inconsistent poisson random numbers around the same expected value. Also fixes debug output.
