tauRecTools: remove preprocessed macros not needed in R22

Xiaozhong Huang requested to merge xiaozhon/athena:macro into master

Some preprocessed macros, i.e. XAODTAU_VERSIONS_TAUJET_V3_H, are used in R21 for backward compatibility. They are now not needed any more, thus, removed.
