revert trig e/g monitoring to the previously commit

This MR will revert the last changes in master related to the trigger e/g monitoring staff to the commit 051604b1.

This was the last commit before change everything to Run3. In a discussion with @fernando , we prefer to revert all these packages to the previously ones and include all Run 3 developments into new packages with MT suffix. This will separate all codes (Run2 and Run3) and mitigate possible mistakes in all Run 2 monitoring.
