Add RingerRingsContainer into TriggerEDMRun3.py and set RingerKey into TrigT2CaloEgammaMTConfig.py

This MR is part of ATR-20143 and has the objective of using the recordable function from TriggerEDMRun3. The Rings containers were added into TriggerEDMRun3 too.
