New layer calibration from full run 2 E1/E2 combining low mu and high mu (updated files are already in the calibration area egammaLayerRecalibTool/v6 and ElectronPhotonFourMomentumCorrection/v24 see https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLINFR-3436) Systematics has 4 NPs for different eta region (1 less than previous version) Created es model es2018_R21_v1 to use this new layer calibration and the new systematics (but overall scale from Zee not updated yet)
