Fixed a bug of PT thredhold of TGC-TILE trigger coincidence in TrigT1TGC. This bug does not change the result because the TGC-TILE trigger coincidence is not enabled in the current MC production. We plan to enable the coincidence for the release 22 reprocessing (ATLGBLCONDTAGS-26). runTrigART.py test passed.
