Resolving diamond copy numbers bug, returning PathResolver dependency into BCMPrime CMakLists.txt

Fixing the bug, concerning BCMPrime channel identification in the BCMPrime hits record. In the previous implementation hits from the diamonds on the same module were indistinguishable. Also hits from the forward and backward modules were indistinguishable.

Returning PathResolver dependency, which was removed in the previous merge request by mistake.
