Add muonLayout and nswagdd option to dump-geo

Hi,

as the title says, this MR adds a -muonLayout and -nswagdd option to dump-geo (analogously as in VP1). The former allows to override the muon layout of a given ATLAS layout used. The latter allows to override the AGDD .xml file containing the NSW geometry. Both can be useful for geometry studies.
