Add AthExHelloWorld package to AthGeneration project - should fix AthenaCommon unit tests

The AthExHelloWorld package is used by the unit tests of the AthenaCommon package. Adding AthExHelloWorld to AthGeneration project should fix AthenaCommon unit tests in the master,AthGeneration nightlies. See AGENE-1787.
