Diagram removal functions for MGC

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.6_DR_Functions into 21.6

This adds @obessids functions for diagram removal to MadGraphControl as a new module. I did a bit of cleaning, but more suggestions are welcome (with the caveat that we should get version one of this soon, and I can promise to follow up on larger changes later on if need be).
