Add diff-root check for simulation output for Run3 ART tests

Hi,

this MR adds a comparison of the simulation output (of 25 Zmumu events) for (a)symmetric Run 3 layouts to the MuonRecRTT ART tests. Also sweeping to 21.9 but not to master since master uses a different Geant4 version.
