Adding 500 MeV pT cut to primary vertexing

Nora Emilia Pettersson requested to merge npetters/athena:npetters-changevertexingptcut-master into master

Changing the cut from the "old" 400.0 MeV to be consistent with the tracking pT cut of 500.0 MeV in the beginning of run-2. Shouldn't have major impact on the performance. Should just mainly reduce the minor fake contribution of tracks in vertices.
