tauRec: add two ART tests

Two ART tests are added in this MR. One is q431, and the other is the standalone tau reconstruction (ESD->AOD). For each test, we will check the difference of root file and histograms between the nightly build and reference. In addition, add one flog, i.e. isStandalone, into tauRecFlags, so that the standalone reconstruction can always run TauVertexFinder with TJVA on.
