WIP:Adding Precision Tracking collections to EDM
This MR contains adding precision track collections from various signatures into EDM
Hi @carquin I haven't added taus yet as I am a bit confused by the nomenclature in here. It is not obvious to me what some of these represent, or why FTFIso is just called as tau, is this adopted from Run2 or is this something new? Would you happen to know?
