MGC: inducing an error if MadSpin fails

This small patch of MadGraphControl intends to make an error when MadSpin fails. In such case, currently jobs won't fail and we get the undecayed lhe file. This happens because the decayed directory is not created, so the error is not catched by arrange_output.
