Replace legacy TRT services in simulation

The use of TRT legacy Services in simulation, calibration, alignment and other special cases is an issue in MT migration. Better to have access to DB only through one (private) tool everywhere. The MR !30819 (closed) , attempting to achieve this in one go, was closed because it was too bulky and far behind. Now it is attempted to be it in parts, starting with simulation. All comments to the previous MR from John Derek Chapman and Tadej Novak have been taken into account.
