adding new TrigP1 build test to run Rulebook

Adding new trigP1 build ART test: test_trigP1_v1PhysP1_runRuleBook_build.py

It has 3 steps:

  • Produce PhysicsP1_pp_run3_v1 menu and prescale files (i.e. a copy from test_trigP1_v1PhysP1_dumpConfig_build.py)
  • Setup the TrigMenuRulebook (git clone; copy menu and prescale files to the required directory) by running a bash script saved in TrigP1Test/bin/setupTrigMenuRulebook.sh
  • Run the TrigMenuRulebook ./runRuleBook.py ...
