Re-enable AMVF again as default for vertex reconstruction
Re-enable AMVF again after doing improvement of the CPU performance for both the AMVF and the gaussian seed finder.
The improvements are merged to master already and documented in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLIDTRKCP-245
