22.0-bugfix-SiSpacePointTool

Bug fix, reported in ATLASRECTS-5394. Also includes the suggested 'lambda' limit check there and documentation, many thanks to @dcasper who actually did all the work. My attempts to include the formulae in doxygen failed (will file bug report) so the pdf provided by Dave was reduced and included in the doc folder.
