Remove references to TRT_CalDbSvc from xAOD writers

In the xAOD and D3PD writers, TRT_CalDbSvc is replaced by TRT_CalDbTool. In one of the files of DerivationFrameWorkInDet, a ^M character appeared after each line. I removed those by hand, but only the few lines containing the variable m_trtcaldbTool were really changed.
