auto_ptr removal from StoreGateSvc ATLASRECTS-5296

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:StoreGate_autoPtr into master

There exist already unique_ptr interfaces.

Did not see any usages for the removed auto_ptr but CI should tells us for sure.
