Fix the creation of several ID validation DAODs

Goetz Gaycken requested to merge goetz/athena:InDetDF_master_fix_writing_of_DAOD_IDVALID into master
  • TRT_ToT_dEdx was not explicitly configured, but assumed to exist. Now the tool is configured.
  • Replace deprecated truth track parameter decoration tool by the corresponding algorithm.
  • Make sure that container which are not created are not used.
