Add MCP tools to AnalysisBase

Hi @akraszna, @krumnack,

I am adding the MCP tools (incl. the MuonAnalysisInterfaces) to AnalysisBase in master. This is possible since I aligned all those packages already with the versions present in 21.2 and the MCP developers always make use of the ~"alsoTargeting:master" label when developing in 21.2. So, it makes sense to already test their compilation in the AnalysisBase nightlies in master.
