Removed commented deprecated code and two deprecated functions

Cleanup for migration to HEPMC3

  • Removed commented code in Trigger.

  • Removed two deprecated functions with HepMC:: custom iterators (deprecated!) that were called from the deprecated trigger code above and nowhere else outside of the class.

  • Modified the signal_particles() function to avoid calls to removed function with custom iterators. The function is not used anywhere, maybe could be removed altogether...
