Remove obsolete requests for TRT PID folders

Peter Hansen requested to merge hansenph/athena:22.0-TRTRemovePIDFolders into master

Since the TRT code in master does not expect any old Run1 folders any more, the requests for obsolete TRT Particle Identification and ToT folders are deleted. This also removes three WARNINGs from the reconstruction log. There were unused ReadCondHandleKey's in TRT_DriftFunctionTool for two of these folders, which were also deleted.
