Removed a lot of defunct commented code related to HepMC manipulations

  • Predominantly these are code remnants of codes replaced with something else.
  • In some cases the removed codes are just commented non-standard debug output statements.
  • The commented '#include' statements related to HepMC/Generators were removed.

In one case a comment on an older comment from 2006 was added.
