Adding PHYSVAL to FastChain_tf.py

ART tests create ID plots w/ doStandardPlots and then do comparison w/ reference histograms using DCube. @npetters suggests to use doPhysValMon instead. To be able to produce --outputNTUP_PHYSVALFile with the FastChain_tf.py script, physval trf is added to it.
