Use AsgMessaging in MuonMomentumCorrections as done in 21.2

Hi,

this MR adds the usage of AsgMessaging instead MsgStream in MuonMomentumCorrections as it was requested in the last sweep to 21.2 (!32149 (merged)) as well.
