Add PU/SV Rejection TTVA WPs for use with AMVF

As the name implies, add 3 new WPs:

  • "PU_Reject": |dz*sinTheta| < 0.5 mm
  • "SV_Reject": |d0| < 2 mm, |dz*sinTheta| < 2 mm
  • "PU_SV_Reject" ("Both"): |d0| < 2 mm, |dz*sinTheta| < 0.5 mm

Additionally, "Loose", "Nominal", and "Tight" WPs throw warnings stating to switch to new WPs.
