Add Physics_pp_v7_primaries triggers from ATR-21242

Will Kalderon requested to merge ckaldero/athena:master-ATR-21242_add_validation_triggers into master

Adds the specified Physics_pp_v7_primaries triggers from ATR-21242 (more may follow, eg MET tcpufit).

test_trig_mc_v7Primaries_grid.py shows all added chains are active and running with sensible counts.
