Crosstalk parameterization and update of the eta-gap recovery for radiation damage simulation (ATLASSIM-4526)

The followings are changes:

  • The crosstalk parameter was retuned to match with data,
  • Eta-dip is fixed in radiation damage simulation.

This is for 21.0. And necessary for the official MC production for Pixel Performance Paper. Also, the samples with these fixes will be used to validate the radiation damage simulation used as the default digitization model for RUN-3.

So far, default digitization does not use the radiation damage simulation, therefore, the changes will not affect any results.
