WIP: Add basic large-R jets to Physics validation
This adds reconstruction of a transient large-R jet collection (the currently-standard AntiKt10LCTopoTrimmedPtFrac5SmallR20Jets) in the physics validation configuration. The histogram-making code for NTUP_PHYSVAL appears to already be expecting these (it currently produces empty histograms), so no changes should be needed on that side.
Note that this does of course reconstruct the jets using the software release which is used to produce the NTUP_PHYSVAL, so if the same release is used to make both reference and test ones, it's really only validating the input TopoClusters. This is intended to be a short-term solution which we'll eventually replace once more derivation-level support is available.
