Bugfixes in MuonEfficiencyCorrections

Johannes Junggeburth requested to merge (removed):veto_polynomials into 21.2

Hi everybody,

this MR addresses few of the bugfixes which have been recently reported.

  • Updated high eta scale-factor maps

  • Application of the bad veto polynomials for two station muons beyond eta 1.3

  • Compilation errors reported to the PATHelp list.
